Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the services provided by Adrian AI Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing, you agree to them.

THE SERVICE

We provide automated missed-call text-back, AI-powered customer follow-up, and appointment scheduling automation for your business. We configure the system for you and maintain it while your subscription is active.

FREE TRIAL

New customers receive a 15-day free trial. We collect your payment method when you sign up, but we do not charge you during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial.

PRICE AND BILLING

The service costs $200 per month. Billing begins the day after your free trial ends and recurs monthly on that date. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice sent to your email.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Cancel by emailing or texting us using the contact information below. Your service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, for keeping a valid payment method on file, and for the content of the automated replies you approve. You confirm that you have the right to send text messages to people who call your business, and that you will not use the service to send unsolicited marketing messages. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including telemarketing and text messaging rules.

WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE

We work to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The system depends on mobile carriers, messaging providers, and artificial intelligence services that we do not control. Automated replies are generated by artificial intelligence. They can occasionally be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for a situation. You are responsible for reviewing your automated replies and for any commitment made to a customer through the system. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, appointments, or revenue.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or end your service if payment fails and is not resolved within ten days, if the service is used for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited messages, or if your use threatens the stability of the system. Where practical we will contact you first.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. If a change materially affects you, we will email active customers at least 30 days in advance.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
